Course Goal / Objective

Business Management course is a course that aims to teach students the basic principles, functions and processes of business management. In this course, concepts and theories related to management functions such as planning, organization, leadership, control are covered. In addition, basic information is given about the main management areas such as strategic management, organizational behavior, financial management, marketing and human resources management. The course aims to provide students with the leadership and decision-making skills necessary for efficient and effective management of businesses.

Course Content

This course covers the basic concepts of business management, management functions and organizational structures of businesses. The historical development of management thought, strategic management, decision-making processes and leadership approaches are examined, and the basic principles for effective and efficient management of businesses are explained. It is also aimed to provide students with a comprehensive perspective in the field of business management.
