Course Goal / Objective
To gain the knowledge and skills to use the basic knowledge of leadership skills in the field of sport
Course Content
In this course, basic information about the concept of leadership in sport organizations, leadership theories, leadership styles, effective leadership skills and leadership roles of sport managers will be discussed theoretically and practically.
