Course Goal / Objective
The difference between the problems that arise in the implementation of international commercial contracts and local commercial contracts prevents reaching the right results when the problems are approached with local aspects. The aim of this course is; in line with the characteristics of international commercial relations, to put forward the principles regarding the preparation of contracts with a different approach to international commercial contracts.
Course Content
Anticipation of disputes that may arise from the stage of negotiation of international contracts and the preparation of contracts by considering this situation and international sales contracts and the application area of the CISG, to which Turkey is a party, and the characteristics and principles regarding the preparation of other types of contracts such as agency, distributorship, franchise, goods transportation contracts of international nature, which are frequently encountered in commercial life, constitute the content of this course.
