Course Goal / Objective
International commercial relations are different from local commercial relations that do not have this feature due to their nature.This situation requires a different approach in the resolution of international commercial disputes. The aim of this course is; in line with the characteristics of international commercial relations, it is to discuss the resolution of international commercial disputes.
Course Content
Many disputes are encountered in international commercial relations and there are various methods of resolution of these disputes. In this course, the principles of arbitration and arbitration proceedings, recognition and enforcement of foreign court and arbitral awards, mediation as an alternative dispute resolution method and similar issues will be discussed.
