Course Goal / Objective

It is aimed to gain proficiency in understanding project types and preparation principles, tenders, contracts, establishment and organization of construction sites, work programs and Public Works control regulations.

Course Content

It covers the planning, organization and effective management of a construction site. The processes of material, equipment and labor organization and work schedule preparation are covered. Construction site layout plans, work safety regulations and coordination of daily activities are taught. The aim is to provide the necessary knowledge and skills for efficient and safe construction site management.
