Course Goal / Objective
It is aimed to make a detailed analysis of the management functions and structure of public financial institutions in Turkey. It is also aimed to discuss the functioning of the executive and judicial institutions involved in the Central Government budget and audit process in Turkey.
Course Content
The roles of financial institutions in public financial management and their applications in the functioning of the Central Government budget process are determined as the content of the course.
