Course Goal / Objective

This course aims to provide a detailed examination of the anatomical structure and variations of the arterial and venous systems. Developmental, topographical, and morphological differences of vessels are explained through examples of anatomical variations in the human body. In addition, the course addresses the impact of vascular variations on surgical interventions, interventional radiology, and clinical evaluations.

Course Content

This course covers the anatomical structure and variations of the arterial and venous systems, as well as the clinical implications of these variations. It primarily examines the developmental processes, morphological diversity, and topographical features of major and minor vessels. The theoretical discussions also include the importance of vascular variations in surgical planning, radiological diagnosis, and interventional procedures.

Course Precondition

There are no prerequisites for the course.

Resources

1. Current articles and online resources 2. Dere Anatomi Atlası ve Ders Kitabı 3. Dere Atlaslı Nöroanatomi ve Fonksiyonel Nöroloji

Notes

Additional readings will be provided during the course.
