Course Goal / Objective
To teach students the attitudes and behaviors that are valid in social environments and business life and the protocol rules that should be followed in various official activities.
Course Content
The content of this course includes the concept of protocol, etiquette and elegance rules, protocol lists, rules governing social life, rules governing business life, protocol in institutions and organizations, protocol in written and oral communication, protocol rules in opening, ceremonies and speeches, protocol in manager-secretary relationship.
