Course Goal / Objective
The main aim of this course is to provide students with the theoretical knowledge they need about business, management and management functions and to reinforce this knowledge with case studies.
Course Content
This course includes all the theoretical information about business management and business and business types, planning, organizing, execution, supervision; public relations, organizational structure types, authority and responsibility, managers and their characteristics.
