Course Goal / Objective
In this course, it is aimed to examine the students' upper extremity anatomy from a functional perspective. For this purpose, the anatomical and functional relationships of the muscle, nerve, joint and bone structures of the upper extremity will be emphasized, and the effects of these structures on mobility and function will be discussed in detail.
Course Content
At the end of the course, students will have comprehensive knowledge about the functional anatomy of the upper extremity. With both theoretical and practical applications, students will have the knowledge and skills to evaluate the upper extremity in practice and identify abnormal functions.
Course Precondition
There are no prerequisites for the course.
Resources
1. Current articles and online resources 2. Dere Anatomy Atlas and Textbook 3. Dere Atlas of Neuroanatomy and Functional Neurology
Notes
Additional readings will be assigned during the course.
