Course Goal / Objective

The objectives of this course are: to learn how to analyze business processes, how to find out problems in the system, to map processes in the ssytem, finding relationships among problems, to find out alternative solutions to the problems, to choose the best solution among alternatives through engineering methods, to research proper technology for the problems, to redesign processes in the system, to analyze PEST ssytems in order to implemet the best IT systems for the companies and to manage the performance measurement systems of the company.

Course Content

The basics of the course, system and methodology concepts, SDLC, planning, analyzing, designing, implementation, project management, basics of process based management approaches such as BPR, Kaizen, etc.
