Course Goal / Objective
To have knowledge about the historical development of the concept of Occupational Safety in the world and in our country, and about today's occupational safety practices and principles.
Course Content
Occupational Health and Safety Legislation, Subject and Field of Application of Labor Law, Basic Concepts of Labor Law, Employment Contract, Obligations Arising from the Employment Contract, Rights and Responsibilities of Employer and Employee, Legal Framework of Work Accidents and Occupational Diseases are included.
