Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to give general information about the legislation on occupational health and safety, occupational accidents and the place and importance of labour law in working life, the establishment and termination of the employment contract.
Course Content
It covers the basic concepts of occupational health and safety, causes of occupational accidents and occupational diseases, precautions that can be taken against occupational accidents and occupational diseases, basic principles of labour law and basic definitions, the concept of employment contract, term and indefinite employment contract, parties to the employment contract, obligations arising from the employment contract, termination of the employment contract, working hours, paid holidays and annual paid leave, severance and notice payments.
