Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to provide general information on the design and evaluation of modified release dosage forms.

Course Content

In this course, the basic principles of modified release drug formulations, the use of polymers in controlled drug release, dose evaluations in controlled drug delivery systems and bioavailability studies will be discussed.

Course Precondition

To be a graduate of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Food Engineering, Faculty of Fisheries, Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics, and Department of Biology.
