Course Goal / Objective
This course aims to provide students with individual and social sleep health awareness before clinical practice and professional life. It is aimed to disseminate the necessary recommendations to increase sleep health to the public.
Course Content
Sleep health in society, interaction between sleep health and general health, effects of habits on sleep health, effects of sleep health on society, consequences of sleep loss
