Course Goal / Objective

The general aim of this course is for technical staff who will pursue a career as civil engineers to develop skills in applying bar charts and the critical path method, as well as gaining proficiency in using the MS Project software package.

Course Content

This course covers fundamental concepts related to scheduling, including bar charts, critical path method, arrow diagrams, box diagrams, and the use of the MS Project software package.
