Course Goal / Objective

The general aim of this course is for technical staff who will pursue a career as civil engineers to develop skills in explaining documents related to permits and occupancy certificates, performing quantity calculations for a sample project, preparing quantity and cost summaries, and creating progress payment documents.

Course Content

"This course covers topics related to the tracking of documentation for building permits and occupancy certificates, as well as the estimation, detailed quantity takeoff, and progress payment summaries for a selected project.
