Course Goal / Objective

Our aim is to ensure that our students are: able to quickly adapt to the changes experienced, able to use technological tools and products related to their field effectively, respecting individual-institutional-social ethical values, prioritizing teamwork rather than individuality, and having competence at both theoretical and practical levels in subjects related to their field.

Course Content

In this course the framework of human resource management and the HR functions like job analysis, HR planning, HR recruitment and selection, HR training and development will be discussed.
