Course Goal / Objective

The aim is to examine the impact of Ash'ari thinkers on Islamic thought, focusing on their views on knowledge, existence, theology, prophecy, and the afterlife, following an introduction to the lives, scholarly personalities, and theological methods of Abu al-Hasan al-Ash'ari, considered the founder of the Ash'ari school of Islamic theology, and his followers.
