Course Goal / Objective

The aim is to teach the biological basis of radiation safety, external and internal radiation safety, health physics instruments, and non-ionizing radiation safety, including knowledge, research, and application.

Atomic and Nuclear Structure, Radiation Sources, Radiation Interaction with Matter, Radiation Dosimetry, Biological Basis in Radiation Safety, Radiation Safety Guidelines, Health Physics Instruments, External Radiation Safety, Internal Radiation Safety, Critical Situations, Advances in Radiation Safety Measurement, Non-Ionizing Radiation Safety
