Course Goal / Objective
The aim is for students to be able to interpret the rules and principles of information ethics, understand the principles of cybersecurity, and manage privacy and security measures in digital environments.
Course Content
This course covers the security, privacy, and ethical use of health data. Topics discussed include security policies for health information systems, data protection methods, cyber threats, the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), international regulations, professional ethical principles, and ethical dilemmas related to data.
