Course Goal / Objective
This course aims to provide skills in identifying, using, and managing various Database Management Systems used for storing and effectively accessing data.
Course Content
The concept of a database, file systems, fundamental database concepts, data models, data independence, data polyhedron, classifications of database management systems, elements constituting databases, relational databases, database design and optimization, structured query language (SQL), and database applications with MS Access.
