Course Goal / Objective
The aim is to provide an understanding of the general principles of misdemeanors law, its field of application, and its sanctions.
Course Content
This course covers the purpose and scope of misdemeanors law, the distinction between misdemeanors and crimes, as well as the structural elements of misdemeanors and the sanctions applicable to them.
Course Precondition
There is no prerequisite for this course.
