Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to equip students with the basic skills to apply the technical skills and tactical strategies specific to artistic gymnastics.

Course Content

The course covers the history of gymnastics and competition rules, the definition and technical specifications of men's and women's artistic gymnastics apparatus, movements performed on floor, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars, horizontal bar, uneven parallel bars, and balance beam, including step-by-step preparation and preliminary work, as well as artistic gymnastics-specific technical skills and tactical strategies.
