Course Goal / Objective

Teaching the design and calculation principles of reinforced concrete structural systems and structural elements.

Course Content

Concrete and Reinforced Concrete, Basic principles for reinforced concrete behavior and calculation, Structural safety, Elements under axial force, Load-bearing capacity of elements under simple bending, Load-bearing capacity of elements under combined bending and axial compression, Load-bearing capacity of elements under oblique bending and axial compression.
