Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to equip students with the skills to evaluate and analyze—through case studies—managerial, organizational, economic, social, communicative, and ethical issues arising in the field of sports.
Course Content
The concept of case study analysis in the field of sports, the characteristics and application areas of the case study method; examination—through case studies—of managerial, organizational, financial, marketing, communication, leadership, human resources, ethical, and crisis management issues encountered in sports organizations; analysis of cases, problem identification, establishment of cause-and-effect relationships, development of alternative solutions, and evaluation of decision-making processes; examination of case studies from sports clubs, federations, sports enterprises, sports organizations, and other sports-related entities.
