Course Goal / Objective
The aim is to convey fundamental business concepts to students and to create a foundation for learning organizational management.
Course Content
Fundamental concepts of management, the first basic theories developed in the field of management, systems theory, contingency theory, contemporary management theories, motivation, leadership and communication, power and politics.
