Course Goal / Objective

To examine and teach the fundamental concepts of crime theory within a certain system, and to equip students with the ability to conduct case analysis.

Course Content

This course consists of topics related to the theory of crime in Turkish Criminal Law.

Course Precondition

There are no prerequisites.

LO06 Discusses the practices in Turkish positive law concerning these concepts and rules.
