Course Goal / Objective
The aim of the course is to examine and teach crimes against life and physical integrity regulated in the Turkish Penal Code, both in terms of material punishment and criminal procedure law, within a certain system and to provide students with the ability to conduct case studies.
Course Content
This course consists of the types of crimes against life and physical integrity regulated in the Turkish Penal Code.
