Course Goal / Objective
Understanding that negotiation is not only about politics, but also the legal aspects of many issues related to deliberation, from the creation of the deliberation environment to the relationship between the parties in the deliberation.
Course Content
The difference between negotiation and bargaining, its relation to virtues such as open-mindedness, caring , etc., the deliberation environment
