Course Goal / Objective
The aim is to introduce Expropriation Law conceptually and theoretically, to teach the basic principles and rules of Expropriation Law, and to demonstrate its application with examples.
Course Content
This course includes the legal nature, conditions, stages, and legal consequences of expropriation as an administrative act. It also includes an examination of the expropriation institution within the framework of constitutional foundations and implementation principles.
