Course Goal / Objective

To understand and comprehend the importance of Economic Criminal Law; to examine the positive regulations on economic crimes; to give theoretical and practical information about the analysis of economic crimes; to examine the basic concepts of economic criminal law.

Course Content

The content of the course consists of the examination of the general theory of crime and crime types of economic crimes.
