Course Goal / Objective

In addition to introducing the fundamental concepts, principles, and rules regarding administrative responsibility, the aim is to provide knowledge of the application in Turkish Law by examining the views in the doctrine and the approach of judicial decisions on the subject, and to foster an understanding of how to generate solutions through discussion.

This course involves examining the fundamental concepts and institutions related to administrative responsibility within the framework of doctrine and judicial decisions.
