Course Goal / Objective
Includes to examine and discuss the purpose, procedure, conditions and rules of protective measures, which play a very important role in the acquisition and preservation of evidence in criminal procedure law, within the scope of doctrine and precedents.
Course Content
Includes the examination of each protective measure one by one, starting from the general characteristics of protective measures, and the evaluation of illegal evidence and their remote effects by comparing them with comparative law.
