Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to equip students with the skills to perform financial analysis in the real estate market, evaluate real estate investments, and understand financing strategies. The course aims to teach fundamental concepts covering factors affecting the financing of real estate projects, credit mechanisms, risk management, and investment decisions.
