Course Goal / Objective
To introduce students to management processes, patient service organization, and service delivery focused on quality and patient experience in healthcare institutions that provide accommodation services (hospitals, thermal facilities, rehabilitation centers, etc.).
Course Content
This lesson; It covers the scope and types of residential health services, accommodation and health services offered, patient experience and satisfaction, quality and accreditation, patient safety, integration and management processes with health tourism, and its development in the world and in our country.
