Course Goal / Objective
1- To teach the fundamental topics of data protection law; to develop the ability to apply this knowledge to specific cases. 2- To enable students to understand and anticipate legal issues related to data protection and to acquire the skills to find solutions.
Course Content
This course examines the fundamental concepts of data protection law, current issues in the field, and the relevant decisions of the Data Protection Board, as well as national and international court rulings.
