Course Goal / Objective

To introduce the concepts of disaster and natural disaster conceptually and theoretically, and to ensure that the issue of natural disasters is addressed from the perspective of the administration's activities and responsibilities within the framework of the basic principles and rules of Administrative Law.

Course Content

This course covers the concepts of disaster and natural disaster from the perspective of Administrative Law, including the definition, characteristics, types, and legal nature of natural disasters. It also examines the place and importance of natural disasters in Administrative Law within the framework of administrative activities and responsibility principles.
