Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to introduce current approaches in industrial engineering and to ensure that students acquire a basic understanding of data analytics, decision-making techniques, digital transformation and modern engineering practices. The course aims to develop students’ analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Course Content

Current areas of application in industrial engineering include data analytics, decision-making techniques, optimisation, artificial intelligence applications, digital transformation, and the use of data in manufacturing and service systems.
