Course Goal / Objective
Examination of the judicial review procedure of administrative acts and actions in light of judicial decisions and legal doctrine, applications to the administration within the scope of Articles 10 and 11 of the Administrative Jurisdiction Procedures Law (İYUK), and the fundamental principles of administrative judicial procedure.
Course Content
Administrative judicial procedure, the scope and limits of administrative jurisdiction, types of administrative lawsuits, and legal remedies (appeal procedures).
