Course Goal / Objective

The objective of this course is to provide students with fundamental theoretical knowledge regarding the nature, behavior, and care of horses ; and to develop skills in establishing safe communication with horses, basic riding techniques, balance, and coordination. Additionally, it aims to reinforce students' love for animals and sense of discipline through equestrian practices.

Course Content

This course covers the fundamentals of equestrian culture, including horse anatomy, equipment, and psychology. The content focuses on practical preparation processes such as grooming, saddling, and safe approach techniques, alongside developing core riding skills like proper posture, balance, and rein control. Throughout the term, students learn to guide the horse in walk and trot gaits while adhering to arena rules and riding discipline.
