Course Goal / Objective

Gaining detailed information about the structure and function of enzymes and understanding their importance in biological systems.

Course Content

The course will cover the chemical structures of enzymes, their roles as biocatalysts, the functions of enzymes in our daily lives, enzyme-substrate relationships, cofactors and coenzymes, factors affecting enzyme reaction rates, enzyme activity, and activators and inhibitors in detail.
