Goals
With the intense penetration of digital technologies into educational environments; The need for expert teaching technologists has emerged to ensure the integration of these technologies into education and to lead in the effective and efficient use of these technologies. The aim of this program is to train expert teaching technologists to meet this need, to develop the field of instructional technologies, to have the knowledge, skills, attitudes and experience to do education, training and high-level research in the field of instructional technologies, and to have the qualifications to follow the innovations in their field on a national and international scale. to train experts. To raise individuals who are sensitive to educational problems, who contribute to the solution of these problems with a scientific understanding, who aim at lifelong learning, who participate in scientific and social activities, who contribute to their field with their studies, who can establish connections between disciplines, who can think critically and creatively, To ensure that all education faculty graduates, administrators, teachers and trainers working in various fields of education, on the basis of contemporary learning theories and practices in instructional technologies, improve the quality of themselves and their education and become innovative leaders who play a role in the dissemination of instructional technologies in this regard.
Objectives
To provide high-level education and research opportunities based on computer and instructional technologies program to students who graduated from undergraduate departments of education faculties of universities, administrators, teachers and trainers working in various fields of education, To ensure that our research assistants who will work in our faculty do postgraduate education within the institution, To provide the graduates of our faculty with the opportunity to do postgraduate education and, in this way, to create resources for academic staff for our country and university.
Specific Admission Requirements
• ALES score: At least 65 (Equal Weight). • There is no foreign language requirement. • To graduate from any of the departments of the Faculties of Education providing Undergraduate Education or to graduate from any of the departments of the Faculties of Arts and Sciences, provided that they have a Pedagogical Formation Certificate related to their field (the certificate must be uploaded to the application system).

Qualification Requirements of Graduation
In order to graduate from this program, 120 ECTS from the courses in the program is required. In this context, it is necessary to have a weighted grade point average of at least 3.00 out of 4.00. Master's program with thesis; a) The program consists of at least 7 (seven) courses, Seminar course, Research Methods and Scientific Ethics course, and thesis, not less than 21 (twenty-one) credits, including the compulsory courses defined by the relevant program. b) The program consists of a total of at least 120 ECTS credits, provided that it is not less than 60 ECTS credits in one academic year.
Access to Further Studies
Students who successfully complete their master's education in this program can study in doctoral programs in their field or related fields, provided that they get a valid grade from the ALES exam and have sufficient English language knowledge.
