Goals

PhD Program in Business Administration; The aim of the course is to provide the students with the highest level of theoretical knowledge in the field of business administration. Another aim of the program is that graduates gain the ability to work as a researcher and academician in the field of business administration. The program enables graduates to gain theoretical and practical background in private and public institutions and organizations.

Objectives

The overall objective of the program is to ensure that students have the highest level of theoretical knowledge in the field of business administration. In addition, students; they will also have general knowledge in business functional areas such as human resources, marketing, finance and quality management. The program is designed to enable students to have the knowledge and skills to understand and apply contemporary research methods that can be applied to solve business problems. Another aim of the program is to provide students with the ability to bring creative and change oriented solutions to business problems. Another aim of the program is to enable graduates to gain the ability to effectively communicate business issues to their students as potential instructors.

Specific Admission Requirements

In order to graduate from this program, the students are required to successfully complete all the courses with a minimum average grade point of 3.00 out of 4.00 and successfully pass the doctoral sufficiency exam and thesis defense.

The students who have successfully accomplished this program gain the PhD degree of Business Doctoral Program.
