The Public Law Master's program with thesis aims to increase an individual's knowledge and expertise, enable them to deepen their understanding of a specific field using scientific methods, and thus contribute to their professional activities. It is designed to meet the postgraduate education needs of legal professionals, particularly prosecutors, judges of criminal and administrative courts, and lawyers.

Goals
The goal of a Master's degree in Public Law is to master concepts and doctrines more advanced than those at the undergraduate level, to offer solutions to problems encountered in practice based on academic knowledge, and to develop new theories
Objectives
1. To build a foundation for a critical perspective in specialized fields. 2. To learn scientific research methods and develop the ability to conduct scientific research. 3. To continuously research new information. 4. To increase the quality of knowledge by building new knowledge upon existing knowledge.
Specific Admission Requirements
1. To be a law graduate. 2. To score at least 65 on the ALES exam. 3. To score at least 50 on a valid language exam.
