General Information
Computer programming programs started in 1990-1991 academic year in the department of technical programs in normal education, 2000-2001 in secondary education and in 2004-2005 in distance education program. Nowadays, it is seen that the rapid development of computer tools in everyday use rate is the development of computer equipment related to the production and service related professions, and accordingly, the need for skilled personnel with up-to-date knowledge in these professions emerges. Raising qualified workforce and equipping existing workforce in this framework will contribute to employment increase and will also have positive effects on increasing competition power and productivity. In our program, students are presented with a modular training approach based on competencies that will directly meet the needs of the information industry.

Goals
Techniques that can work in the information and communication sector such as writing computer software, writing computer software, repairing and montage, solving computer problems, solving computer problems and network problems, setting up operating systems, network and computer security in Private and Public Sectors. It is aimed to train intermediate staff.
Objectives
It is to be a privileged program that provides qualified intermediate personnel who can apply the requirements of the profession at the highest level with high knowledge and skill.

This program is accepted by the placement result document issued by the Student Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM).

Graduates of the Computer Programming Program graduate can transfer to Graduate Programs through the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS) conducted by OSYM.
