In this course, it is aimed that give information about the wine-making especially for students who want to specialize in the field of food and beverage.

History of Wine, Wine Terms, Wine Ties and Grape Varieties, General Information on Wine Production Stages, Aging and storage conditions of wine, Grape and Wine Production Zones in Turkeyan World , Special Wines, Sparkling Wines-Champagne, Degustation, Wine Serving properties, Ideal shape of glasses, types and properties of goblet, Wine tourism.
