Course Goal / Objective

Introduction to basic concepts and types in the anonymous section of Turkish Folk Literature

Course Content

The birth and development of Turkish folk literature, introduction to Myths, analysing examples in Myth, introduction to epic stories, analysing examples in epic introduction to the Book of Dede Korkut, analysing examples in the Book of Dede Korkut, introduction to legends, analysing examples in legends, introduction to fairy tales, analysing examples in fairy tales.
