Course Goal / Objective
To teach Development of the Turkish novel in the Republican Period. The effects novel of Turkey's modernization and of new trends the in Turkish novel after of the Republic
Course Content
Explain the relationship between the novel of the Republic and the novel of the National Literature the changes in the novel of Turkish to postmodernism from realism. Can discuss Sabahattin Alis novel and the realism of the provincial, to explain the position of the novel Tanpınar and Huzur in Turkish literature. Can evaluate Tutunamayanlar as a modernist novel of and features Modernist novel. Can discuss the location of the Turkish novel of Adalet Ağaoğlu. Can provide information about novel writing of Ihsan Oktay Anar and postmodernist novel
