Course Goal / Objective

To ensure that the students have knowledge of the status, importance and nutritional value of aquaculture in Turkey and in the World. To inform about the basic principles of aquaculture and to inform about the design and establishment of important sea and freshwater fishes having economic value in Turkey.

Course Content

The basic principles of aquaculture production, the design and establishment of aquaculture, fry production, production pools of important sea and freshwater fishes with economic value in Turkey.
